产品简介：This fully automatic microbial detection platform replaces manual operations and completes batch processing of microbial detection steps in a clean work area, including sample homogenization, serial dilution, quantitative sample addition, as well as culture medium pouring or spreading. It can stably reproduce the detection procedures for methods targeting total bacterial count, coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, lactic acid bacteria, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, molds and yeasts, effectively improving detection efficiency and enhancing the stability and accuracy of detection results.
The fully automatic microbial detection platform integrates functional modules such as an air filtration system, a patting homogenization module, a sample dilution module, a shaking module, a spreading module, a pouring module, a plate library, and a slide rail transportation system. Within the clean work area, it can realize all operational steps of the microbial detection process automatically, including automatic sample homogenization, automatic dilution, automatic sample addition, automatic pouring, automatic spreading, automatic plate transportation, and automatic inkjet coding and marking.
